8th Annual Tournament
Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th June 2023

Dear Team Coach/Manager,

Many thanks in advance for attending the Tickhill Juniors FC 8th Annual Football Tournament 2023.
Team registration will commence from 8:30am until 9:30am on each morning. At 9.30am a Managers briefing will take place in or around the Scorer’s Tent – to answer any questions and to set up the day for everyone.
The car park will be open from 8:00am and teams are strongly advised to arrive early. We will have around 60 teams taking part on each day and obviously a lot of players and spectators.

Please note NO DROP OFF facilities will be available as we need to keep the road into the venue, which is very narrow
constantly flowing. Please make sure all your team, parents and family members are aware of this.

PARKING IS £3 PER VEHICLE CASH ONLY please have the correct change available ready to hand to the car park attendants.

The tournament will take place at: Brookfield Park, Friars Hill, Crooked Lane Head, A60 Worksop Road, DN11 9RE

Saturday 24th June: U7s (Development) – U8s – U10s – U12s (9v9) – U12s (11v11) – U14s

Sunday 25th June: Under U7s – U9s – U11s – U13s – U15s – U12 Girls

 

Registration:                                      8.30am – 9.30am

Coaches/Managers Meeting:        9.30am

Tournament commences:              10.00am prompt – Finals scheduled for 2.30pm approx.
 

All fixtures, groups, results and knockout stages will be able to be viewed from our website. Details of these will be made available two days before the tournament starts. QR codes will be readily available to point you in the right direction. All team managers to report to the registration tent before pitching gazebos. BBQ and refreshments will be available throughout the day.

STRICTLY: NO PRIVATE BBQS, NO DOGS, NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING

To help with the smooth running of the tournament, teams will need to be ready to play their next fixture 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you have any queries whilst attending the tournament please head to the Scorer’s Tent and ask for:
